FRED KOREMATSU vs. UNITED STATES

Supreme Court Case 

In the 1942 Fred Korematsu vs. United States Supreme Court Case, the ending result by majority vote was 6-3. Therefore Fred Korematsu's case was revoked. If the majority vote went the other way, it would have been a completely different story, as masses of incarcerated Japanese wouldn't have to live under the fear of being interrogated or in worse case scenario, executed. 



Out of Nine Supreme Court Justices, three voted against and six for the United States.





MAJORITY - 6 VOTES FOR UNITED STATES 



MINORITY - 3 VOTES AGAINST UNITED STATES
